Position
JOB PURPOSE: The Dior Corporate Intern participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with the Operations Manager, the Intern supports the organization’s short and long term objectives through day to day administrative and long term project work. Interns across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop initiatives to improve business results • Support in daily, weekly accountability functions for the area financial and exception reporting. • Pull and prepare invoices to be sent to Accounts Payable Payment tracking • Registration of suppliers • General scheduling, supply maintenance, IT, administrative support, etc. • Handling deliveries and shipping in and out of the office. • Support the Operations Associate Manager in the day-to-day operations across all functions of the team • Participate in additional administrative projects as needed • Execute work as directed in an accurate and timely manner • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external groups • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills • Strong time management skills and prioritization • Ability to multitask and show flexibility across priorities • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization and the public • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Finance or related, 6th semester and ahead. • Advanced written and oral English • Graduation date in June 2024 or later. • Availability to work from 9 am to 3 pm.
