Job Responsibilities
1.Coordinating/Monitoring with internal/external customers to fulfil project/service requirement and confirm target date of customer (TDC) per deliverable settled.
2.Host kick-off meeting for internal resources' arrangement
3.Collect required samples/documents
4. Update projects' status regularly to customers per customers' request
5. Address issues including quality, customer compliant, technical or administration support...etc.
6. Handle scheduling issue and check schedule to make sure on-time delivery
7. Handle invoices' related task including close projects, release billing lock for system's operation, and follow up overdue invoices
8. Handle stable & key accounts and maintain the relationship
9. Follow up long pending projects
10. Remind customers the licenses' validity
11. Assist customers' inquiry
12. Other assignments related to business development
Job Requirements
- Experience on projects' management is plus
- Ability to handle multi-tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to withstand pressure Advanced organizational skills Flexible and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Customer orient ed
- Proficiency in English
- College degree above
