Lemonade is seeking an experienced Frontend Tech Lead who is passionate about designing and building stellar user experiences, and mentoring others for greatness.
You'll play a central role in our frontend leadership team, acting as the decision maker and consultant for frontend initiatives across multiple teams. You'll mentor other developers as they build robust frontend systems and components, and personally set a high standard by writing excellent code.

Contribute code to the frontend platform infrastructure, enabling a better developer experience across the company
What you'll need
7+ years experience as a frontend engineer, with a background leading large-scale projects
Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, React, and CSS
Broad knowledge of frontend frameworks, terms, and tools
Niche expertise in a specific frontend technological aspect such as animation, performance, state management, OSS, or CSS
A passion for writing scalable and safe code in order to generate consistent and beautiful user experiences
