A US-based Limousine Transportation company seeks self-motivated, hardworking staff members for their Lahore office.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent Written/Verbal communication and Sales/Marketing skills. They must have a professional, courteous, articulate phone demeanor, listening ability, and strong analytical skills.
Experience in a US based transportation company will be highly preferred (Luxury Ground Transport).
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following:
1. Make calls, send emails and follow up with clients/customers to increase company revenue.
2. Answer telephone calls, emails, web inquiries, texts, and chat input data.
3. Convert all incoming inquiries into sales (Reservations).
4. Maintain all portals by updating and adding relevant information.
5. Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business.
6. Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Call center experience preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Very organized and able to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
4. Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Candidate should be able work 9 hours a day. Six days a week.
7. Evening or Night shift according to Pakistan Standard Time.
8. Candidate should be able to commute to DHA phase 4 every day for work.
9. Experience in a US based call center campaign will be highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
