What awaits you
- You are responsible for managing the product portfolio of important producers.
- You maintain business relationships with suppliers and support the acquisition of new producers partners in alignment with the strategy of the segment coatings and construction chemicals.
- You elaborate and monitor of the annual budget of managed providers
- You work closely with our team of technical advisors implementing a common market strategy.
- In addition, your tasks include the observation and analysis of markets, sales forecasts, etc.
- The development and permanent optimization of product strategies also forms part of your area of responsibilities.
What we expect
- Expected higher education in chemistry, material science, material technology, biotechnology or similar, ideal with an economic background
- Several years of experience in sales or product management in relation to chemical industry
- Knowledge of the paints, coatings or building chemistry markets will be an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset and behaviour
- Confidence, communicative and open-minded personality
- High persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Hands-on on mentality combined with a very structured and goal-oriented working method
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Creativity and strategic way of thinking
- Business fluent in Polish and English
